How did Gray Herndon Noll spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Republican Gray Herndon Noll's election campaign committee, Citizens for Gray Noll, spent $18,777 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Noll's committee spent the most on radio advertising in the quarter, with all those payments ($4,525) going to WLDS Radio in Jacksonville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Noll's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
