Two aggravated assaults reported on Western Illinois University campus in 2017

There were 2 on-campus aggravated assaults in 2017 on the campus of Western Illinois University, located in Macomb, according to the most recent crime statistics available on the U.S. Department of Education website.

In 2016, there was 1 aggravated assault on the campus; and in 2015, there were 4 aggravated assaults. Overall, in the three year period from 2015 through 2017, 71 percent of on-campus aggravated assaults happened in residence halls.
