Triopia Community Unit School District 27 Board met July 15.

CALL TO ORDER
President Tracie Sayre called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Attending were David Bunfill, Keith Fricke, Cindy Littleton, Ben McCoy, Tabatha Stambaugh, and Tracie Sayre. Jim Beck was absent. Also attending was Superintendent Adam Dean.
McCoy moved and Stambaugh seconded motion to enter closed session for the purpose of self-evaluation, practices and procedures or professional ethics state in the Open Meetings Act – 5 ILSC 120/2(c)(16).
Bunfill moved and Stambaugh seconded motion to exit closed session. Upon a roll call vote, the motion carried with all members present voting yea.
McCoy moved and Littleton seconded motion to approve closed session minutes. Upon a roll call vote, the motion carried with all members present voting yea.
McCoy moved and Stambaugh seconded motion to adjourn. Upon a roll call vote, the motion carried with all members present voting yea.
