2.Consideration of an ordinance to amend the Vegetation Code, Chapter 21, Sections 21-1, 21-3 and 21-43 of the Municipal Code for the City of Macomb.

3.Consideration of an ordinance to amend Appendix A Use Matrix to amend Permitted Uses and Special Uses in various zoning districts.

5.Consideration of a resolution to adopt the Arboricultural Specifications and Standard of Practice for the City of Macomb, Illinois.
A copy of the resolution is attached for your review. Final adoption will be in order.
6.Consideration to approve an Infringing Use Agreement with Forgottonia Brewing, LLC for a bike rack placement in green space at 314 North Lafayette Street.
A copy of the agreement is attached for your review. Final action will be in order.
7.Consideration to authorize the purchase of Chamber of Commerce gift certificates for city employees for Christmas in the amount of $30.00 each.
