1) Two material lettings were held on March 19, 2020 in the conference room at the Hancock County Highway Department for County and Township bituminous (oil and chip) products. The following low bids were received:

(1) Low Bid: $448,980,00 by WL Miller Company of Hamilton IL
(2) (There were no other bids for Group 1 materials)
b) Section 20-xx000-00-GM (Township):
i) Group 1: Seal Coat Aggregate & Bituminous Materials, Spread on Road
(1) Low Bid: $552,000.00 by WL Miller Company of Hamilton, IL
(2) (There were no other bids for Group 1 materials)
ii) Group 2: Bituminous Materials, FOB Distributor Truck @ Hancock County
(1) Low Bid: $445,930.00 by WL Miller Company of Hamilton, IL
