Blandinsville-Hire Fire Protection District responded to four calls in 2018 - 66.7 percent less than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Blandinsville-Hire included four fires - three structure fires and one other fire.

In all, the department saw $15,000 in fire loss - or about $3,750 per fire.

The Blandinsville-Hire Fire Protection District had an annual budget of $43,976 in 2018.
