City of Macomb issued the following announcement on Mar. 4.
The City of Macomb is accepting applications for part-time temporary seasonal help to work in the Public Works Department. Assignments may include street maintenance, cemetery & grounds. These positions are hourly pay ($12.00/hour) with no benefits.
Interested persons meeting the following requirements are encouraged to apply:
1. Must be able to perform manual labor in an outdoor environment.
2. Must possess a valid Illinois driver’s license.
3. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Applications are available at the Mayor’s Office in Macomb City Hall, 232 E. Jackson Street or on-line at https://cityofmacomb.com/employment-listings/
Completed applications must be returned to the Mayor’s Office in City Hall. Review of applications will continue until positions are filled.
