The Minutes Of The Regular Meeting Of The Board Of Education Of Virginia Community Unit School District No. 64, Cass County Which Was Held In The Virginia Cusd 64 Cafeteria.

The Regular Board Meeting Was Called To Order By Board President Casey French At 7:00 Pm With The Following Members Answering Present: Gary Bell, Stephanie Hobrock, Joanie Bell, Kara Lynch, Matt Werner, Casey French And Dustin Fritsche.

Also Present Were Superintendent Gary Depatis Principal, Mekelle Neathery Other Visitors Included Linda Brown And News Media Michael Kloppenburg.

The Pledge Of Allegiance Was Recited By All That Were Present.

Additions/ Deletions To The Agenda. Added To Discussion Items B) Rise And C) School Schedules On Fridays

A Motion Was Made By Mrs. Hobrock And Seconded By Ms. Lynch To Approve The Consent Agenda, The Bills, Payroll Report, Financial Reports And The Minutes Of The Regular Board Meeting Of December 21, 2020. Roll Call:

Superintendent Depatis Reported On The Status For Additional Funding From The Federal Government. He Also Reported On The Negotiations Team.

A Motion Was Made By Mr. Werner And Seconded By Ms. Lynch To Move Into Executive Session [Ilcs 120/2 (C) (1) (2)] To Consider Employment Compensation, Discipline, Performance Or Dismissal Of Certified And Non-Certified Employees And Matters Related To Collective Bargaining At 7:42 Pm. Roll Call:
