*To facilitate activities on Friday, May27th the committee recommends the Hail St. crossing be closed at Noon, Hail St. @ the alley by City Hall & East Main St. @ Gridley be barricaded off at 4 pm with East Main Being partially closed at Hurst St. at the same time.
