PUBLIC COMMENT – Citizens wishing to address the City Council on matters germane to the agenda of the meeting will be limited to Three (3) minutes and are asked to be brief and concise in making their remarks. 1. Consideration of an ordinance to create a Class D liquor license for VBR Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Nelson’s Clothing.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

2. Consideration of an ordinance authorizing the establishment of Tax Increment Financing “Interested Parties Registries”.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

1. Consideration of an ordinance authorizing the sale of certain personal property (equipment and vehicles) owned by the City of Macomb.

2. Consideration of an ordnance to establish a date for a public hearing for the proposed Downtown–East Side Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
