City of Waverly City Council met Sept. 6.

4. Approve Open Meeting Minutes from the August 2, 2022 Meeting

Discussion and possible action regarding the Illinois Department of Transportation, State Route 104 Project. On-going discussion. As of August 2022, IDOT is responsible securing easement signatures.

Discussion and possible action regarding demolition of properties:

• 338 East State

• 398 West Tremont

• 129 South Peral

• 143 South Pearl

Discussion and possible approval of Liquor License application of John Bostic & Greg Watret.

Discussion and possible action regarding the Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program (ITEP) grant process.

Discussion and possible approval of Saturday, October 22nd as the Fall City-Wide Clean Up day.

Discussion and possible approval of the purchase of the most current Quick Books software.

17. Executive Session:

The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel of the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel of the public body to determine its validity.
