A) Review and approve Olivia Mefford Decision and Order.

B) Confirm transfer of investment portfolio to IPOPIF scheduled for October 3, 2022, and discuss remaining issues, if any.

9. NEW BUSINESS

A) Discuss and approve annual COLA increases, effective January 1, 2023.

B) Discuss and approve setting of 2023 board meeting dates (suggested meeting dates are Thursdays at 1:00 p.m. (1/12; 4/13*; 7/13 & 10/12/2023) at Jacksonville City Hall. (*This date may change.)

C) Discuss IPPFA Regional Seminar in Carterville, Illinois on November 16, 2022.

D) Review and discuss response from Municipality regarding the IDOI Actuarial Report and tax levy and demand letter to Municipality, if received.

E) Discuss request from Bradley Long to transfer five (5) years of service from Jacksonville Police Pension Fund to SERS.

F) Discuss election regarding plan payments for Thomas Carlock, Vernell Bentley, and Jacob Keeney.
