1. Consideration to approve an ordinance to Amend the City Fee Schedule by Amending Chapter 24 and Section 21-25 of the Municipal Code of Macomb.
This ordinance will be presented for second reading. Final action is in order.
2. Consideration to approve an ordinance to Adopt the City of Macomb’s Fiscal Year 23-24 Budget, beginning May 1, 2023 and ending April 30, 2024.

NEW BUSINESS
1. Consideration to adopt a resolution to Adopt the City of Macomb Travel Expenses Reimbursement Policy.
City Attorney Scalf will read the resolution into the records. Final action is in order.
2. Consideration to authorize soliciting bids for the concrete sidewalks for Pocket Park located at 529 W. Piper Street.
This was discussed at Committee of the Whole last Monday night. Final action is in order.
3. Consideration to approve the LPA Construction Inspection Agreement form BLR 05530, and authorize Expenditure form BLR 09150 to obligate the Rebuild Funds for the Johnson Street Reconstruction Project, (FAU 6926).
Attached are the forms and a letter from IMEG. Final action is in order.
4. Consideration to adopt a Supplemental Resolution for Improvement form BLR 09110 Under the Illinois Highway Code, (FAU 6926).
City Attorney Scalf will read the resolution into the records. Final action is in order.
5. Consideration to approve consolidation of Township Meeting with the City Council Meeting to be held the third Monday of each month.
