Others present: Superintendent -; Principal; -; Technology -; A-CCEA ; Parents; Students -; Citizen -; Other - Carissa Myers; Media-; Unit Staff - Ann Henry.

The meeting was called to order at 7:01 p.m.

Proposed Agenda

Cuba/DeFord Motion to approve the proposed agenda as presented. Voice vote: All members present voted aye. Motion carried,

Recognition of Visitors, Guests, & Public Comments

Executive Session (Exceptions 1- The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body.)

Cuba/DeFord - Motion to go into Executive Session at 7:02 p.m. in accordance with State Statute to discuss the following:

The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the District or legal counsel for the district, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity, 5 ILCS 120/2 (e)(1).

Voice vote: All members present voted aye. Motion carried.

Return to Open Session

DeFord/Petefish - Motion to come out of executive session at 7:46 p.m. and to approve and seal the minutes of this executive session. Voice vote: All members present voted aye. Motion carried.

A. Proposed Separation Agreement with Administrator

DeFord/Fanning - Motion approve proposed separation agreement with administrator. Roll call: All members present voted aye. Motion carried.
