McDonough County Board ESDA & Claims Committee met April 18.

The ESDA & Claims Committee held its monthly meeting on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting was held at the McDonough County Courthouse, Courtroom 201. Committee
Members present were Chair Dave Nissen, Vice Chair Ken Durkin, Eric Blakeley, Joe Erlandson, Clayton Murphy, and Jarad Royer. Members Larry Aurelio, and Craig Foster were absent. Also present was ESDA Director Edgar Rodriguez, Patrick Stout, County Board Chair
Scott Schwerer, and County Clerk Gretchen DeJaynes.
Chair Nissen called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Approval of March 14, 2023 Minutes
Member Blakeley moved with a second by Member Durkin to approve the minutes as submitted.
Motion carried on a voice vote.
ESDA Director Report
Director Edgar Rodriguez gave the report.
Approval of Committee Claims
Member Erlandson moved with a second by Member Royer, to approve the claims as submitted.
Motion carried on a voice vote.
Approval of County Claims
Member Durkin moved with a second by Member Blakeley, to approve the claims as submitted.
Motion carried on a voice vote.
Other
None.
County Board Chair Comments
County Chair Schwerer informed the Committee at the Board meeting on April 19, during the ARPA Discussion they will vote on the architect contract.
Adjourn
Member Erlandson moved with a second by Member Blakeley to adjourn the meeting at 7:19 p.m. Motion carried on a voice vote.
