1. Minutes of the Macomb City Council meeting held on Monday, September 18, 2023, and the Committee of the Whole meeting held on Monday, September, 25, 2023.

2. Monthly report: Police Month of August.

PUBLIC COMMENT – Citizens wishing to address the City Council on matters germane to the agenda of the meetings will be limited to Three (3) minutes and are asked to be brief and concise in making their remarks. Comments submitted by mail or email will not be read aloud but a copy will be provided to each member of the Council and made a part of the minutes.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

1. Consideration of an Ordinance to Create a Class R Plus SS Liquor License for Guels, Inc, d/b/a Macomb Family Restaurant.

Attorney Scalf will present for second reading. Final action is in order.

2. Consideration of an Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Certain Personal Property (Equipment and Vehicles) Owned by the City of Macomb.

Attorney Scalf will present for second reading. Final action is in order.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Consideration of an Ordinance to Create a Special Event Liquor License for the McDonough District Hospital Foundations Annual Jingle and Mingle Event.

Attorney Scalf will present for first reading.

2. Consideration to Authorize Public Works to seek bids for Storm Debris Removal.

3. Consideration to Authorize Change Order No.2 in the amount of $12,900.00 to Peerless Well & Pump, Inc.

4. Consideration to Reject all Bids for Crack Seal Streets Project opened on September 28, 2023.

5. Consideration to Authorize the purchase of a Sludge Pump Replacement from Zimmer & Francescon, Inc. in the amount of $14,745.00.

6. Consideration to Authorize CDC Bannon to make grant application for T-Mobile Hometown grant for concrete paths.

7. Consideration to Authorize Request for Proposals for E- Citation Software for the Macomb Police Department.

8. Consideration to Authorize the 25% match of $26,657.50 for City Hall Backup Generator.
