The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by the Board President, Ms. McClendon

6. A motion was made by Ms. Arredondo, seconded by Ms. Riales, to approve the Memorandum of Understanding with Bellwood Education Association, IEA-NEA (BEA) and the Board of Education of Bellwood School District 88. ESL/Bilingual Endorsement Program pending final authorization by the attorney.

The overall cost increase is due to an escalation in concrete, material, labor, and equipment. The total amount of the change listed is $164,010.05.

Dr. Hansen stated that the Parent mentoring program contract is being looked over by our Attorney's.
