On Thursday, February 1, former Springfield Southeast High School standout, James Dent Jr.’s current college team, the Western Illinois Leathernecks, won 79-71 in their NCAA D1 game against the Lindenwood Lions.

The game took place in St. Charles, Missouri. This was the second matchup against the Lindenwood Lions this season.

The Western Illinois Leathernecks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, February 3 at 3:45 p.m. in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
