The Western Illinois Women's Soccer team has released its schedule for the Fall 2025 season. The Leathernecks will engage in a series of home and away games as they gear up for another competitive year.

The season begins with the annual Alumni Game on August 9, followed by an exhibition match against Jefferson Community College on August 12 at John MacKenzie Alumni Field.

Western Illinois will start its regular season at home, playing against St. Ambrose on August 15 and Drake University on August 21. The team will then travel to face Northern Iowa on August 24 and Illinois State on August 28, concluding the month with a game at Indiana State on August 31.

In September, the Leathernecks have several non-conference matches lined up. They will visit Green Bay on September 4 and Purdue on September 7 before returning home to play Valparaiso on September 11 and Nebraska Omaha on September 14. Their final non-conference game is scheduled against St. Thomas at home on September 18.

Key Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) games include trips to Morehead State (September 21), Tennessee Tech (September 28), SIU-Edwardsville (October 5), Little Rock (October 16), and Tennessee Martin (October 19). The Leathernecks will also host Eastern Illinois (September 25), SEMO (October 9), Lindenwood (October 12), and Southern Indiana (October 26) in Macomb.

The OVC Tournament starts October 30, advancing through the quarterfinals on November 2 and semifinals on November 6, with the championship match set for November 9.

The Fall schedule offers a balanced mix of non-conference challenges and crucial OVC contests, setting up Western Illinois for a promising season as they aim to excel in conference play.

Fans are encouraged to support the Leathernecks at John McKenzie Alumni Field throughout the fall as they strive for postseason success.
