Season 1, Episode 2 of NECKflix is scheduled for release on Tuesday, October 17th. The previous episode highlighted freshmen Diego Porras and the Western Illinois University (WIU) men's soccer team. This week, the focus shifts to Logan Lommel, a fifth-year senior on the WIU men's cross country team.
Originally recruited to WIU as a soccer player, Lommel transitioned to cross country and track events. Over time, he has set school records in six different events for cross country and track & field. His achievements include breaking records that date back to 1973. The episode will document his journey towards becoming one of the most accomplished student-athletes in Leatherneck history.
