A) Discuss and approve annual COLA increases, effective January 1, 2025.
B) Discuss and approve setting of 2025 board meeting dates (suggested meeting dates are Thursdays at 1:00 p.m. (1/9; 4/10; 7/10 & 10/9/2025) at Jacksonville City Hall.
C) Review and discuss the Foster & Foster Actuarial Report and tax levy and demand letter to Municipality.
D) Discuss Public Act 103-0929 (SB 2918) regarding disability as a cause for discharge.
E) Discuss plans by IPOPIF to begin audits of all downstate police pension funds.
F) Review and possible action Attorney Dennis J. Orsey Contract for Legal Services.
