UNFINISHED BUSINESS

1. Consideration of an Ordinance to Amend Portions of Chapter 17 Amending the Use Matrix and Pertaining to Notice Requirements for Properties Within the Extraterritorial Boundary and Jurisdiction of the City of Macomb.

This ordinance had first reading January 21, 2025. City Attorney will present for second reading and final action.

2. Consideration of an Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Certain Personal Property (Equipment and Vehicles) Owned by the City of Macomb

This ordinance had first reading January 21, 2025. City Attorney will present for second reading and final action.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Consideration to Authorize Submitting Application for Federal Emergency Management's Agency (FEMA) Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) grant in the amount of $30,000.00 for FY2024. City's match $3,000.00 equally sourced between Macomb Fire Department and Community Development.

This was recommended by Community Development Committee January 21, 2025. Final action is in order.

2. Consideration to Accept Grant Agreement Healing Illinois for the Macomb Police Department in the amount of $25,000.00.

This grant provided by Field Foundation of Illinois in collaboration with the Department of Human Services. Final action is in order.

3. Consideration to Adopt Resolution Appointing Cory Clem to the Macomb Airport Authority. Resolution is attached for review. City Attorney will read into the record. Final action is in order.
