The Leatherneck Softball program will hold its third annual Hit-A-Thon fundraiser on Saturday, October 11, at Mary Ellen McKee Stadium. The event is open to the public and will begin at noon.
Head Softball Coach Alisa Goler said, "Our players have always really enjoyed our Hit-A-Thon fundraiser. It's not your typical fundraiser and gets everyone involved, from players to their families and friends. We're excited to bring it back for year three to help support future field renovations. Last year we raised over $20,000, and this year the goal is to surpass that!"
The event aims to engage supporters, alumni, and friends of Leatherneck softball in raising funds for planned improvements at Mary Ellen McKee Stadium. Participants can make a direct gift or pledge support for individual players. All proceeds are designated for stadium renovations.
