Jerseyville City Council to advertise bids for construction

The Jerseyville City Council met Tuesday to discuss soliciting bids for the construction of Phase 2 of the Curtis/Adams drainage improvements.

The City Council also discussed the traffic problems in the Warren Street area; discussed $900 in Tourism Deoartment requests to help support 2016 events; discussed an ordinance amending the Jerseyville City Code, Title 6; and discussed a resolution regarding appointment of the City of Jerseyville ESDA Emergency Operations Plan.

The council meets at 115 E. Prairie St.
