The Godfrey Town Board meeting was called to order by Supervisor Terry Seymour on June 6, 2017 at 6:15 p.m. at the Godfrey Town Hall, 6810 Godfrey Road, Godfrey, IL.
Mark Stewart moved for the approval of the minutes of May 2, 2017 meeting, seconded by Karen McAtee. Roll Call Vote: Ayes –McAtee, Schrumpf, Springman, Stewart, Weber, Seymour. Nays – None, Absent – Williams. Motion carried.
Approval of Payment of Bills
Jeff Weber moved for the approval of the June 2017 Township bills as follows:
General Fund $ 12,672.95 General Assistance Fund $ 7,700.50 Social Security Fund $ 0.00 Audit Fund $ 0.00 Insurance Fund $ 0.00 IMRF Fund $ 1,407.91
Seconded by Joe Springman. Roll Call Vote: Ayes – McAtee, Schrumpf, Springman, Stewart, Weber, Seymour Nays – None, Absent – Williams. Motion carried.

Supervisor Seymour presented the Prevailing Wage Ordinance for approval. Mark Stewart moved for the approval of Ordinance GT-02-2017, Prevailing Wage Ordinance , seconded by Joe Springman. Roll Call Vote: Ayes – McAtee, Schrumpf, Springman, Stewart, Weber, Seymour. Nays – None, Absent – Williams. Motion carried.
Resolution GT- 2017-01 IMRF Resolution for Participation by Elected Officials
Mark Stewart moved to approve Resolution GT-01-2017, A Resolution IMRF Participation by Elected Officials (Supervisor, Town Clerk, Assessor), seconded by Joe Springman. Roll Call Vote: Ayes – McAtee, Springman, Stewart, Weber, Seymour. Nays – None, Absent – Williams. Motion carried.
Appointment of Authorized Agent for IMRF
Mark Stewart moved for the approval of the appointment of the Authorized Agent for IMRF – Supervisor Terry Seymour, seconded by Trustee Schrumpf. Roll Call Vote: Ayes – McAtee, Springman, Stewart, Weber, Seymour. Nays – None, Absent – Williams. Motion carried.
Appointment of Township Attorney – Matt Kelly
Mark Stewart moved for the approval of the appointment of Matt Kelly, Township Attorney, seconded by Joe Springman. Roll Call Vote: Ayes – McAtee, Springman, Stewart, Weber, Williams, Seymour. Nays – None, Absent- Williams. Motion carried.
