Which Illinois colleges receive the most state student aid?

Western Illinois University reported receiving the most state financial aid during the 2015-16 academic year among Illinois schools, according to a Higher Education Tribune analysis of federal data.

The analysis is based on data reported annually to the U.S. Department of Education.
