McDonough County Finance Committee met March 14.

The monthly Finance Committee meeting was held on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting was held at the McDonough County Courthouse, 3rd Floor Law Library. Committee members present were Chairman Alice Henry, Clarke Kelso, George Dixon, Trevor Toland, Larry Aurelio, and Travis Hiel. Others in attendance included County Chairman Scott Schwerer, and County Clerk Gretchen DeJaynes.
Chairman Henry called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Review & Approval of February 14, 2018 Minutes
Member Dixon moved with a second by Member Hiel to approve the minutes of February 14, 2018 as submitted. Motion carried on a voice vote.
MCPT Report Review & Approval
The monthly request for February 2018 from McDonough County Public Transportation was reviewed. Member Hiel moved with a second by Member Toland to approve the February 2018 MCPT report in the amount of $1,432.50. Motion carried on a voice vote.
Bushnell Senior Meals Report Review & Approval
The monthly report for February 2018 from the YMCA for transportation of senior meals in Bushnell was reviewed. Member Kelso moved with a second by Member Dixon to approve the February 2018 YMCA report in the amount of $943.75. Motion carried on a voice vote.
Coroner Report
The monthly Coroner Report was received and filed.
Monthly Financial Reports
The monthly Financial Reports were received and filed.
Transfer of Funds
No transfers needed.
Approval of Claims
Member Aurelio moved with a second by Member Kelso to approve the claims as submitted. Motion carried on a voice vote.
Warrants Issued in Vacation
Member Kelso moved with a second by Member Hiel to approve the Warrants Issued in Vacation.
Motion carried on a voice vote.
Other
The Coroner, Eric Jameson backed into a pole doing $1,800.00 worth of damage, he will get it fixed.
Elected officials salaries need to be set next month.
Member Dixon moved with a second by Member Aurelio that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried on a voice vote. With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 6:41 p.m.
