1) Call to order by Board Secretary. The Regular Board Meeting of the Illini West High School District
307 of Hancock County, IL was called to order by John Huston, Board Secretary at 7:00 pm.

6) Motion by Shannon Pence, second by Anders to approve the agenda as presented. Roll Call:

7) Recognition of Visitors: Jadan Schreacke attended the meeting for Boy Scouts badge.

9) Reports:
a. Principal—Mr. Schneider reported about school success and school quality report.
b. Superintendent-Mrs. Schilson reported. She will be on State Committees and will be
part of the teacher shortage team. There will be an intern for summer.
10) Discussion/Action:
Motion by Wujek, second by Beth Pence to Set Special Board Meeting for April 25, 2018 @
7:00 pm to approve/disapprove Health Life Safety Bids (no more than $550,000), set
amended budget hearing for June 20, 2018 at 6:45 PM, and approve 2018-2019 School
Improvement Plan. Roll Call: Huston/yes; Beth Pence/yes; Wujek/yes; Shannon Pence/yes;
Sutton/absent; Anders/yes; Holtsclaw/yes. Motion carried.
New Bus Lease was discussed.
11) Motion by Beth Pence, second by Wujek to approve ALL of the following consent agenda items:

Motion by Shannon Pence, second by Holtsclaw to confirm the internship of Colten

Motion by Holtsclaw, second by Beth Pence to confirm the Signing Bonus for Jennifer
Honnold, Courtney Fristad, Andrew Willis, David Mueller, Justin Ellison, and Dakota

Motion by Huston, second by Shannon Pence confirm 3 % pay raise for Steve Wood,
$5,000 pay raise for Chris Greenhalge, and 5% pay raise for Shannon Short. Roll Call:
