McDonough District Hospital issued the following announcement on Nov. 1.
McDonough District Hospital congratulates Jennifer Wagoner for receiving a Healing Hand award, an honor within the Grateful Patient Program at MDH.
The Grateful Patient Program provides an opportunity for patients and/or families to show their gratitude and appreciation in honor of the excellent care received. A recent patient stated, “Jen has the perfect combination of professionalism and personal touch. Her enthusiasm for treatment and recovery is contagious and encouraging.” The donation will be used to benefit Vestibular Rehabilitation at MDH.
Vestibular Rehabilitation is a form of physical therapy that addresses inner ear or balance disorders for individuals with symptoms of: unbalance, dizziness, vertigo, lightheadedness, gaze instability, and/or motion sensitivity.
