City of Greenville issued the following announcement on Jan. 29.
Installation of the new 8” water main on Second Street between Oak Street and College Avenue has been finished. Pressure testing has been completed and satisfactory water samples have been received. Beginning Monday, February 1st the contractor will start water connections to the new main.
