Consideration and action to approve the Purchase of one (1) Komatsu WA200-8 Wheel Loader from Roland Machinery of Peoria, Illinois, using the Sourcewell Contract (# 032119-KOM, exp 5/13/23), in the amount of $176,876, and Authorization to dispose of a 2007 Komatsu WA200-5 by electronic public auction, as requested by the Public Works Department. D. Consideration and action on a Resolution Approving the First Amendment to the Division Street and Enterprise Pump Station Planning Study Multi-Year Professional Architectural & Engineering Services Contract Between the City of Bloomington and Donohue & Associates, Inc., as requested by the Public Works Department. (Recommended Motion: The proposed Resolution be approved.)
E. Consideration and action on a Resolution Waiving the Technical Bidding Requirements and Approving a Two-month extension of the current Agreement, in the amount of $9.43 per Residence, and a new 3-year Agreement, in the amount of $12.50 Per Residence (with a 3.5 percent increase per year), for Household Refuse Services at Lake Bloomington, with American Disposal Services of Illinois, Inc., d/b/a Republic Services of Bloomington, as requested by the Public Works Department. F. Consideration and action on an Ordinance Approving the Harvest Pointe Subdivision Amended Preliminary Plan Bloomington, Illinois for Approximately 14 Acres Located North of GE Road/Route 9 and East of Towanda Barnes Road, as requested by the Economic & Community Development Department.
