 State Sen. Jil Tracy released a video made in the state Capitol rotunda to let her constituents know legislators are back to work.

“Happily we are back in session, we’re meeting in committees and ... we are passing bills in committee that will lead to passing bills eventually,” Tracy said. 

Tracy reassured her constituents that despite the return to session during a pandemic, legislators are being careful in how they work in their offices.

"[W]e have much work to do and I think it was time we get back to work. We’re doing it safely, observing the protocols advised by the CDC, but yet we’re still able to work and that’s a good thing,” Tracy said.
