MEETING CALLED TO ORDER

PROCLAMATION PROCLAIMING JUNE 19, 2021 AS JUNETEENTH CELEBRATION DAY

PUBLIC COMMENTS – Citizens wishing to address the City Council on matters germane to the agenda of the meeting will be limited to Three (3) minutes and are asked to be brief and concise in making their remarks. Comments submitted by mail or email will not be read aloud but a copy will be provided to each member of the Council and made a part of the minutes.

1. Discussion on an ordinance to create a Class P plus SS liquor license for Macomb Market, LLC d/b/a Jackson Street Market.

This ordinance had first reading last Monday night and further discussion is planned.

2. Discussion on an ordinance to amend Chapter 4 and Chapter 14 of the Municipal Code of the City of Macomb pertaining to the Outdoor Café Liquor License and Outdoor Café Permit.

3. Discussion on soliciting bids for loan financing for Waste Water Equipment purchases.

9. Discussion on amending the McDonough County (City of Macomb) and Hancock County Transportation Agreements with Durham School Services L.P. for a 90-day extension to provide Demand Response Services in McDonough and Hancock counties.
