Report: Schuyler Industry School District spent $10,115 per student in 2019-20

Spending per pupil at Schuyler Industry Community Unit School District 5 was up 0.4 percent from five years ago, according to the West Central Reporter analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2019-20 report card showed the Schuyler County school district spent $10,077 per pupil in 2015-16. It spent $10,115 in 2019-20.

The district's enrollment fell from 1,175 to 1,005 students over the same period.

Schuyler Industry's spending in 2019-20 was 30.2 percent lower than the state average of $14,492.
