The City of Macomb allocated $330,000 of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) for direct assistance for the Residential Façade Improvement Grant Program (RFIG). Western Illinois Regional Council (WIRC) will administer the program.
The RFIG program is a 90% matching reimbursement grant program that provides income-eligible homeowners within the City of Macomb with up to $10,000 in matching funds to make improvements to the exterior of their home with a portion visible from the public right-of-way.
