Q2 2022 Recap: 1 parolee from Morgan County convicted of crimes involving alcohol set for release

There was one offender convicted of a crime involving alcohol living in Morgan County released on parole during the second quarter of 2022, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by the West Central Reporter.

The data shows the released offender was a woman. She was convicted in 2022 when she was 40 years old. She is now 42.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.

The following table shows how many offenders convicted of crimes involving alcohol were paroled during the second quarter of 2022 in each Illinois county.
