On Sunday, March 3, former Lincoln Way-East High School standout Maxton Polad’s current college team, the Western Illinois Leathernecks, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division I game against the Eastern Kentucky Colonels.

The game took place in Richmond, Kentucky. This was their third matchup against the Eastern Kentucky Colonels this season.

The Leathernecks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 5 at 3 p.m. in St. Louis, Missouri against Saint Louis Billikens.
