*Mayor Wilt stated she received a Thank you card for the donation to David Ogle’s memorial.

*Ald. Baker stated that the bid they had for the body cameras was only good through February. The price has increased around $20,000.
*Tire pickup is on schedule for April 17 & 18.

Engineering Report
*Greg Ryckaert from IMEG stated the lead service survey is almost complete. He stated 10 – 15% of the residence have lead service.
*Mayor Wilt and Rykcaert met with the EPA on the West Treatment Plant. They were told that there could be no more dumping septic into the plant. And also clean up the plant.
Economic Development
*Ald. Allen reported they raised $7,487.50 for the fireworks from the “Let the Sparks Fly” Fundraiser.
*Next event will be a fundraiser for the Depot on June 22, 2024. There will be live music, Food, Drinks, & a 50/50 drawing.
MAEDCO
*Enterprise Zone meeting will be 4/18/2024
*Executive Director at MAEDCO Kim Pierce stated they will soon be announcing the stores that will be going into the old Kmart building in Macomb
*Pierce stated Vaughan & Bushnell is being sold to Marshalltown.

Ald. Norton made a motion to accept the capacity purchase agreement between IMEA and the City of Bushnell. Ald. Webb seconded the motion. A roll call vote was taken with the results as follows:
