MEETING CALLED TO ORDER

PUBLIC COMMENTS – Citizens wishing to address the City Council on matters germane to theagenda of the meeting will be limited to Three (3) minutes and are asked to be brief and concise inmaking their remarks. Comments submitted by mail or email will not be read aloud but a copy will beprovided to each member of the Council and made a part of the minutes.

1. Discussion on an Ordinance to Create a Class V Liquor License for Maxamillion’s Incorporated at1414 East Jackson Street, Macomb, Illinois.

This ordinance had first reading August 19, 2024. Discussion is planned.

2. Discussion on an Ordinance to Create a Class V Liquor License for Maxamillion’s Incorporated at528 West Jackson Street, Macomb, Illinois.

This ordinance had first reading August 19, 2024. Discussion is planned.

3. Discussion on an Ordinance Amending Section 17-854 of the Macomb Municipal Code pertainingto the Off-Street Parking Requirements.

This ordinance had first reading August 19, 2024. Discussion is planned.

4. Discussion on Quarterly Reports by Departments for May, June, July.
