Isabel Navas Rodriguez has been recognized as the Ohio Valley Conference's Goalkeeper of the Week for the second consecutive time. The Western Illinois senior goalkeeper achieved this honor following her performance against Northern Iowa, where she secured a 0-0 draw with six saves, marking her second shutout of the season.

In that match, Rodriguez made five of her six saves in the second half, effectively stopping every attempt from Northern Iowa to break their three-game winning streak. Her efforts have resulted in a goals-against average of 1.00 and a save percentage of 75% for the current season.

The Leathernecks are set to face Loyola in Chicago on Thursday at 7 PM.

In other Ohio Valley Conference recognitions, Mia Corrigan from Lindenwood was named Offensive Player of the Week after scoring two goals against Chicago State. Natalie Jackson from Southeast Missouri received Defensive Player of the Week honors for her role in keeping Evansville scoreless over two games.

Other nominees for Goalkeeper of the Week included Anna Markland from Southern Indiana and Poppy Bastock from UT Martin.
