The Summit League announced the 2023 Outdoor Track and Field Most Outstanding Performers of the Championships and recognized 117 athletes on the All-League team. Among those honored were Western Illinois' Toriano Tate and Alessandro Belluz for their notable performances.

Tate secured a win in the men's long jump with a distance of 24 feet, seven and one-quarter inches. Belluz achieved second place in both the long jump (23-11.75) and triple jump (47-6.5).

South Dakota's Marshall Faurot was awarded the title of Most Outstanding Performer of the Championship for men, while North Dakota State's Nell Graham received this accolade for women.

The selection of the Most Outstanding Performer is based on a vote by participating head coaches, considering athletes' performances during the Summit League Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

To be named to the All-League team, an athlete must finish in the top three in any event category at the league championship meet.
