Memorial Hospital has announced that it will hold community health screenings on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The screenings will take place at the Memorial Hospital Health & Wellness Center Conference Room, located at 1454 N. County Road 2050 in Carthage, Illinois. The cost for each participant is $25.
Attendees are invited to have a complimentary breakfast at the hospital’s Courtyard Café after their screening. Participants are asked to fast for 10 to 12 hours before testing for more accurate results.
Appointment slots are limited, with only two openings available per session between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Early registration is recommended.
