There was one offender released on parole during the fourth quarter living near Illinois zip code 62047, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by West Central Reporter.

The data shows that the man was released in the Vandalia zip code. The 46-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 1 year in prison for a property crime in 2018 when he was 44 years old.
