Illinois General Assembly: SB1882 actions on Aug. 20

The following actions were taken on Aug. 20 in the Senate on Senate bill SB1882 ("evidence-informant privilege"): "Public Act . . . . . . . . .", "Effective Date August" and "Governor Approved".

The bill, as it was introduced in the Senate by Sen. Rachelle Crowe (D-56) on Feb. 15, "amends Evidence Article of the Code of Civil Procedure," according to the General Assembly website.
