How did TJ Wessel spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic TJ Wessel's election campaign committee, Friends to Elect TJ Wessel, spent $6,585 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Wessel's committee spent the most on promotional items in the quarter, with 43.2% of this total ($1,591) going to SweetTees in Mount Sterling. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Wessel's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
