Memorial Medical Clinics has announced that Dr. Bryan Ikeudenta, a board-certified Family Medicine physician with expertise in Emergency Medicine, will join the provider team at Memorial Medical Clinic Colchester. Dr. Ikeudenta is set to begin seeing patients aged 15 and older at the end of October at the clinic located at 110 Market Street.

Dr. Ikeudenta completed his medical degree at Windsor University School of Medicine and finished his Family Medicine residency at Mercyhealth GME Consortium in Rockford, Illinois, where he served as Chief Resident. His professional interests include comprehensive family medicine, emergency and urgent care, preventive care and procedures, as well as mentorship and community wellness.

His decision to pursue medicine was influenced by his family. Dr. Ikeudenta credits his mother, who is a nurse, and his brother Jack, who lives with cerebral palsy, for shaping his approach to patient care. He believes that medicine goes beyond treatment to include listening and connecting with patients throughout their healthcare journey.

In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Ikeudenta enjoys fitness activities, traveling, photography, and cooking traditional Nigerian dishes with family and friends. According to Memorial Medical Clinics, his approach aligns with their mission to provide compassionate and excellent care to the community.

“I am excited to join Memorial Hospital in Carthage because of the welcoming atmosphere, strong community connection, and commitment to patient-centered care,” said Dr. Bryan Ikeudenta. “I look forward to contributing to the community, working alongside a dedicated team, and continuing to grow as a Family Medicine physician.”

The clinic will offer expanded hours for Colchester residents under Dr. Ikeudenta’s alternating weekly schedule: Monday through Wednesday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM one week; Wednesday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM on alternate weeks. More information about Dr. Ikeudenta can be found on the Memorial Hospital website at https://www.mhtlc.org/patients-visitors/providers/bryan-ikeudenta/.
